New Front End
Just roughing in the new steel front end. You can see the first cross member in place between the 2 Main rails from the existing frame. Another section of 11 gauge 2x2 steel intersects the cross member making a T connection and extending out 4 feet in front of the trailer. Now I need to Cut the diagonal struts from steel and tack everything in place for the welder to come weld it all up.
This Cutoff Saw made cutting the steel a snap.
Here Is my Front End short of the cross section that this all gets welded to.
My Brother-n-law comes by to weld up the front end.

I cleaned up the welds with the Drumel tool and a cutting wheel
